- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After years of putting up with various hassles and frustrations, I finally closed my account today and took my business across the street. The straw that broke the camel's back was being told one thing by telephone "customer service" (after a very lengthy hold) and then being told that the information given was incorrect when I went into the branch to open a new account for my son. Complete waste of time and resources, and that's not the first time it's happened over the last 10 years. They didn't seem to care that I've been a 10+ year customer, either. I was just a number to them I guess. I recommend avoiding this institution if you want efficient and proper customer service.By Rob White, August 01, 2017
