- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Inside post office service is always quick and friendly. However, the postal carrier service leaves a lot to be desired and when contacting the postmaster of Kyle, or speaking to someone at the facility about a delivery issue, they become very disinterested and frankly blow you off. I receive my mail in group mailboxes in my subdivision. With a mail key that is put into your box for larger packages that are stored in thus numbered box. My house number and the house across the street have similar numbers - the last two numbers are the same - just inverted (56- 65) Our carrier, AT LEAST WEEKLY, puts a letter , for the neighbor in my box and vise Versa. Has even put a package for me in the package box and has put the key to retrieve the package I. The neighbors mailbox. Thank Goodness , the neighbors are honest, and brought the package to me. BUT , this should not be happening consistently , and is frustrating, not to mention inconvenient and stressful when expecting important mail. I have contacted the PO and always get the same excuse, - a temp carrier on this route! Well the TEMP must be on a long term contract for my route, as this has been going on for at least 3 years! And obviously is working too fast and NOT PAYING ATTENTION! I understand a mistake occurs occasionally, but weekly?
